J&K Under-16 cricket bundled out for totals of 72 runs and 55 runs as they were defeated by an inning and 276 runs in the match of the Under-19 Vijay Merchant Trophy match by Haryana on Tuesday.
Earlier J&K in its first inning had scored paltry total of 72 runs. In reply Haryana declared its first inning 403 runs for the loss of only one wicket. Sagar Dahiya scored unbeaten 218 runs for them while as Anam Takshit scored unbeaten 111.
In its second inning J&K batting again failed as they bundled out for 55 runs. Musaif Aijaz with 34 and Mohammad Mazir with 14 were top scorers for them while as rest of the batsman couldn’t cross double figures. J&K inning included five scores of naught.
