In one of the worst performance by J&K cricket team in national arena, J&K Under-16 were bundled out by Punjab twice in a single day at Gandhi Ground, Amritsar on Saturday.
Punjab after declaring their first inning on 546 for the loss of four wickets then bundled J&K for 38 and 92 runs in first and second innings respectively. Punjab won by an inning and 415 runs. They bagged seven points from the match including one bonus point.
In batting, Aditya Partap Singh punished J&K bowlers by slamming 237 run knock while as Ridham Satyawan scored 148 runs.
In reply J&K were bundled out for paltry score of 38 runs in first inning. The J&K inning included five ducks while as highest score was 15 by Sumer Singh. They were forced to follow on and again in second inning J&K batsman failed to stay on the wicket. J&K got all out in second inning for 92 runs. Musaif Ajaz with 42 was highest scorer for J&K in second inning while as it included three ducks. For Punjab Karanpreet Singh took six wickets in first inning while as Anurag Watts took seven wickets in second inning.
