The Sopore Super League is set to become the latest as well as biggest league of 35 overs competition in Sopore Distt.Baramulla.
The SSL 35 is scheduled to be launched in March/April next year and could be worth more than 10 lacs according to the organisers. There is no doubt that senior cricketers of Sopore like Nisar Ahmad Khanday , Altaf Ahmad Shalla, Akhtar Khanday, Majid Malik and Mohammad Yousif Gabroo, putted their efforts to bring back the past charm of cricket in the grounds of Sopore like Subhan stadium, Noorgah Sports feild in 2017.
The exemplary efforts was shown when Wular Premiere League was organised Successfully by Nisar Ahmad Khanday at Sheikh-ul-Alam ground Tarzova Sopore in collaboration with Sports Association Tarzova Sopore.
In 2017 the Wular Premiere League totally changed the mindsets of the organisers of the cricketing events throughout the valley by the great efforts shown by Nisar Ahmad Khanday in Wular Premiere League.

For the 2018, it was decided by the chief organiser of WPL 2017 Nisar Ahmad Khanday to spread the venues for WPL cricketing league of various neighboring districts of the district Baramulla where the WPL.2017 was played.
But Sports Association Tarzova rejected the idea and decided to organise their own WPL under the banner of SAT.
The chief organiser of WPL 2017 , Nisar Ahmad Khanday decided to organise a biggest cricketing league of the valley known as Sopore Super League 35 , which is scheduled to be launched in March/April next year in which 2 to 3 teams will the name of Sopore will be the part of this grand cricketing festival namely Sopore Super League 35.
This will not only provide a source of enjoyment for the fans and viewers across the Sopore but will also help to polish the upcomnig talent and emerging players who will share the dugouts with Ranji players of the state in the said event.This Sopore Super League 35, will be the biggest cricket festival in Kashmir Division said Nisar Ahmad khnday , Chief Organiser Of Sopore Super League 35.
