ACC Young Gladiators emerged winner of the Giraj Cricket Tournament defeating Top-XI Zakura in the final by 14 runs.
Batting first ACC Young Gladiators scored 142 runs in allotted overs.
Khurshid with 53 and Irfan with 30 were top scorers for them.
In reply Top-XI Zakura openers gave solid start to their side but middle order could not manage it well. For ACC Young Gladiators captain Mudasir Nabi, Sajad and Irfan bowled superbly. The tournament was sponsored by Mirza sons.
MLA Ganderbal Ishfaq Jabbar, Ahmed Banday, Abid Pathan, Saym Mustafa, Javeed Mir were guests on the final ceremony. Winning team was awarded Rs: 10000 and MLA Ganderbal Ishfaq Jabbar also announced three lakhs for the ground.
