The two day District Srinagar Athletic Championship-2017 organized by J&K Amateur Athletic Association concluded at Bakshi Stadium on Tuesday.
In the event more than 200 athletes from different schools, institutions and clubs participated. J&K State Sports Council, Joint Secretary, Nazir Ahmad was the chief guest , members sports council Rauf Tramboo, Prof. Bashir, Sports Officer Central Nusrat Gazala and Manager Indoor Sports Complex Srinagar Sheikh Tulal Ahmad were among the guest of honours.
Oak Hill School lifted winners trophy while as Crescent School and the Legends School remained bagged second and third places. Kashmir Harvard School, Modern Era School, Shah Abbass, VB School, Miranda P/S, Hussaini Sports Club and Al-Aqsa Sports Club were among other teams taking part in the event.
