The Kashmir Stag Cricket Club that is based in Jeddah is going to participate in 3rd edition Saudi Premier League- Jeddah organized by Jeddah cricket Association.
The club for the event has got official sponsor as IGLOO, GCC’s leading ice cream brand for the 3rd edition of Saudi Premier League, 2017-18.
Kashmir stags on its official facebook page has also clarified why it is not part of Kashmir Premier League-Saudi Arabia.
“A lot of our friends and fans have been asking us whether or not we are participating in this years #Kpl which is currently being held in Riyadh. We thought it’s time to confirm that we, unfortunately, couldn’t register ourselves in the league and that is only because of the distance constraints. It wasn’t feasible for us to travel approx 2000 kms (return) to play a match considering that most of our players have only one day off from work,” facebook page reads.
