J&K Ranji Trophy team stumbled to another big defeat in the Ranji Trophy as they were outplayed by Gujarat with an inning and 64 runs at Surat on Thursday.
Gujarat were able to put on 194 run first inning lead on board and then went on to bundle out J&K for mere 130 runs in their second inning on third days play.
J&K bundled out only in 34.4 overs in second inning after Gujarat had got all out for 455 in their first inning. It was dismal batting show from J&K in second inning as none of the batsmen was able to show will to stay in the middle.
For Gujarat MC Juneja was star in batting scoring 131 runs. For his brilliant batting show Juneja was adjudged as man of the match. In bowling it was again Piyush Chawla who took four wickets while as Hardik Patel took five .
