JK Forest registered hard fought win over AG’s Office-XI in the Premier Division football league at Synthetic Turf TRC Srinagar on Wednesday.
As the play started the forward lines of the two teams tried to make an early impact in the match and attacked each other’s goal post. However, both the teams missed several scoring opportunities and couldn’t score in the first half which ended with score line 0-0.
The second half also witnessed intense clash between the two evenly matches teams as no team was ready to give an inch. With defence lines of both the teams giving no chances to each other, it seemed that the match was ending in a goal less draw till 50th minute ,JK Forest team awarded a penalty kick and Rizwan without any mistake converted it into a goal and take lead. Javed Ahmad from JK Forest Team was decalared as player of the match.
