The chairman of Ghani Gliders sports club Tariq Rashid Ghani has questioned the inclusion outside State cricketer in the J&K Ranji trophy squad.
The sports administrator who is associated with various sports organization and was recently made Chairman of PHD chamber sports committee chairman has questioned the inclusion of Delhi discard Punit Bisht in J&K team.
“I fail to understand on what basis J&K Cricket Association has included Punit who was left out by his home State in J&K Ranji trophy team. We are neither winning nor making any solid impact due to his performances. He has been unable to justify his contract with JKCA and instead is occupying place of our JK cricketers in team,” Ghani said.
“We have talented players available who are waiting in the wings. Despite that JKCA without any logic has gone ahead with outside state players. It would have been better to give chance to our own rather than outside cricketer,” he said.
