J&K ended its first Under-23 level match on high note by earning three points owing to first inning lead against hosts Rajasthan at Jaipur on Wednesday.
The match of Col CK Nayudu Trophy between Rajasthan and J&K ended in draw with JK earning first inning lead points.
Rajasthan scored 427 for the loss of six wickets in their second inning on fourth day. In first inning they had conceded 171 run first inning lead to J&K. As the match ended in a draw J&k were awarded three points while as hosts one.
Rajasthan scored 318 for the loss of all wickets in first inning. In reply J&K scored 489 runs in their first inning.
Jatin Wadhwan top scored with 175 run while as Shubham Singh Pundir scored 134. Paras Sharma scored 74.
In bowling Auqib Nabi took four wickets that included hattrick while as Mohammad Tahir and Moomin Mansoor took two wickets each.
In the second inning it was again Mohammad Tahir who starred with the bowl for J&K taking four wickets out of six that fell in Rajasthan inning.
