Before the match started , Delhi discard Mithun Manhas tried to create a scene and accused Parvez Rasool of creating rift inside dressing. The power packed first performance of J&K team against Rajasthan in season opener opened it perfectly who was the dividing figure.
The 40 plus year old Delhi veteran who after being thrown out of JK team was hired by this two year old JKCA faction on three year term as Coach cum Mentor Cum so called skipper didn’t joined team in Jaipur alleging that Parvez is creating rift in team. He even demanded that he will join team only after Parvez is removed as skipper. JKCA also almost did so like what they did when Mithiun joined the team two years ago. At that time they removed successful skipper and biggest star of JK cricket with Delhi discard who is on his last legs. The outcome was disastrous.
So would have been this time if JKCA would not have been Vetoed by the persons sitting in power corridors of J&K.
Instead of hitting back , Parvez Rasool and rest of JK team answered their biggest distraction with the power packed team effort against Rajasthan. It was total team effort with team excelling in all three departments of batting , bowling and fielding.
Team responded to Manhas in a perfect way and now is the time that JKCA acts against the person who refused to do his primarily duty of joining team in first place.
If some are to believed team is better of Manhas who only create groups while being part of the team.
