Another all-round performance by skipper Umar Bhat helped GDC Bemina to book place in the final of the Cluster university sports festival cricket as they defeated SP College in semifinal on Saturday.
Batting first Bemina managed to score 122 runs in 16 overs. For them Faizan Rasool made 32 and Umar Bhat 22.
In reply SP College were unable to chase the target. Zubair with 34 was highest scorer for them. Umar Bhat was wrecker in chief in bowling for Bemina , taking 4 wickets and giving away only 10 runs in his 4 over quota.
For his all round performance Bhat was awarded man of the match. In final Bemina will clash with AS College.
