The current coach of J&K Ranji team, Delhi discard- Mithun Manhas is interestingly also part of Working Committee JKCA. Apart from this, he was also captaining JK team in all formats.. This seems kind of a joke! A person who is the member of working committee JKCA, acts as coach and player too.
How can a person be part of so many things at a time? Being member of working committee, he selects the selectors first and then himself appears in trials. How is it done?
A cricket enthusiast has written a letter to CEO BCCI and Head COA BCCI about this conflict, He has mentioned in his letter that Mithun Manhas has ruined J&K Cricket, “Mithun Manhas is acting as the dictator of J&K cricket and has almost ruined it for personal interest.” “After finishing his prime time with Delhi, he came to J&K and is now working as member of JKCA as well coach cum captain.” “How can a person be part of a lot of things at a time?” he has added in his letter to BCCI. Mithun Manhas is also Assistant coach of IPL franchise- Kings XI Punjab. So, it means he is just trying to settle his life by ruining JK cricket. Our association is so shamelessly that they have made him(acting President of the association). His all desires are completed without a question. For how long will JKCA ruin cricket and cricketers of state for guys like Mithun Manhas. It’s time for JKCA to throw this guy and try to develop game in state.
