The State level Field Archery championship for Under-19 boys and girls organized by Department of Youth Services and Sports concluded at MP HSS School Srinagar on Thursday.
The event was earlier inaugurated by DYSSO Srinagar Muzaffar Ahmad Tramboo he lauded the role of young archers in promoting this sport.
During the closing ceremony ZPEO Zaldagar was the chief guest and distributed prizes among winners. The selected players will be representing represent State in SGFI Nationals at Bhopal Madhya Pradesh in the month of January 2018.
Meanwhile President J&K Field Archery and Association MLC Khursheed Aalam thanked Director YS&S Sheikh Fayaz Ahmad for including and organizing field archery events in its calendar.
