Srinagar: Heavy Duty Health Club is going to conduct Outdoor fitness event Gindun (Joggers Park), Rajbagh, here on Saturday.
The event which would be first kind during the season conducted by club would be held at 5:30 Am in the morning.
“The event will be a session of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), wherein we will be doing a full body work-out without weights for helping people get better mentally, spiritually and physically,” Heavy Duty statement said.
