The old city area of Srinagar intends to host Gani Kashmiri Super cricket league at Gani Memorial Stadium, Rajouri Kadal, from next week.
The first of its type franchisee based league in old city will involve 15 teams owned by various business houses. The teams would be, Raze Kadal Heroes, Elegant Strikers, Odo Spartans, Kashmir Accorn, Orange Cricket Club, Elite Cricket Club, Bradman-11, Srinagar Cricket Club, Kasmir Gymkhana,Srinagar City Club, Vadi Kashmir Cricket Club, Adlife Stars, Rainawari Lions, Eleven Brothers and Muslim Cricket Club.
“It is new league that would be conducted at Gani Memorial Stadium. The team players and other things related to league would be unveiled in next week,” said organizer Haroon Rashid.
