Srinagar: Another outing, another defeat and that has been the story of JK cricket this season in almost all the formats. Getting on with the story JK Under-19 side was defeated by hosts Rajasthan by six wickets in the match of Under-19 Cooch Behar Trophy at Rajasthan on Wednesday.
JK on third day’s play were bundled out for 176 runs in second inning. They set a target of 146 runs for Rajasthan to win. The hosts achieved the required target for the loss of four wickets. Lornor played unbeaten knock of 44 runs for them while as Tomar remained not out on 66. For JK Majid took two wickets while as Rouf and Faisal took one each.
Earlier in JK in its first had bundled out for 149 runs and Rajasthan replied with 179 runs. They took first inning lead and then seized that with six wicket win.
With such a dominating performance Rajasthan bagged six points from match while as JK got none.
