Khelo India Women’s Pencak Silat League inaugurated in Srinagar 

Srinagar: The Two days Khelo India Women’s Pencak Silat League 2023  was  inaugurated by Dr Darakshan Andrabi Chairperson ( Minister of State) J&K Wakf board 

 at Sher Kashmir Indoor Sports Complex Srinagar, J&K on 26 August.

300 girls across from the Kashmir division took part in all age groups in sub Junior, Junior and Senior categories too part.

The said league was conducted under the eve of National Sports Week 2023 which is being celebrated across the country.

Among other were also witness the said women’s league was Muzaffar Ahmad Wani (KAS) Divisional Sports Officer sports Council, Mohammad Iqbal, manager Sheri Kashmir Indoor Sports Complex Srinagar, Tabrez Madni, anchor , Mufti Hamid Yasin secretary General Indian Pencak Silat Federation, Irfan Aziz , Treasurer Indian Pencak Silat Federation and other reputed guests and parents were also witnessed 

The event is organised by Pencak Silat Association of J&K under the banner of Sports Authority of India and J&K Sports council.
