Srinagar: Hosts Chattisgarh handed J&K senior women’s football team a humiliating 13 goal margin defeat in the match of 27th Senior National Womens Football Championship at Pant Stadium, Bhilai, Chattisgarh on Saturday.
Playing its third group match after having suffered big defeats in the earlier two matches, J&K were completely outplayed by Chattisgarh.
From the start it was one way traffic, as Chattisgarh scored opening goal in the 8th minute. At half time score was 9-0. In second half Chattisgarh scored four more goal to complete the dominance. Chattisgarh win by 13-0.
J&K are next scheduled to play against Jharkhand on April 4.
