Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) Anantnag conducted district level inter- school annual long distance race in the age groups of Under-14, 17 and 19 boys
In the event around 300 students from 12 educational zones and higher secondary schools of the District participated.
The race was flagged off by the Assistant Commissioner Revenue Anantnag, Syed Yasir from Sarnal Dhadat Crossing KP Road Anantnag and culminated at Ziarat Sharif Bumzoo Mattan Anantnag.
Later a presentation ceremony was held along the banks of River Lidder in which District Youth Services and Sports Office Anantnag Noor ul Haq gave away the prizes first 10 position holders in each age group.
