The top woman cricketer of J&K who plays for Punjab, Jasia Akhtar has lead LIC Chandigarh to title win of India Queens Cricket League organised by Virender Sehwag Academy at Delhi.
In the final LIC Chandigarh defeated Sri Lankan Air Force. In the event eight teams took part , including two from neighboring State of Sri Lanka. In the final Jasia scored 35 not out and helped her team to win match. She was adjudged player of the match.
