Umer lefty was adjudged as man of the match for his all-round performance as he helped Srinagar Gymkhana book place in the quarterfinal of the Wullar Premier League-2018, defeating RCC Chattabal in the clash of 16 at Tarzoo Sopore on July 1-2018.
In the pre-quarterfinal of the league, Srinagar Gymkhana defeated RCC by 52 runs. Batting first Srinagar Gymkhana scored 169 runs. Imtiyaz with 35 and Dardish with 31 were top scorers for them. For RCC , Ashqiue took one wicket.
In reply, RCC Chattabal failed to chase the target as they were bundled out for 117 runs. Ashiq with 29 runs and Jehangir with 27 were highest scorers for them.
For Gymkhana, Gowhar took 3 wickets while as Nadeem, Mudasir took 2 wickets each.
