Baramulla: In the Winter Cup-2017 Singpora Kandi -XI beat Singh Warriors by 5 wickets on Sunday.
Earlier Singh Warriors skipper won the toss opted to bat first and set a target of 150 runs on board for the loss of 8 wickets in allotted 20 overs at Singpora Ground .Beer Singh scored 29 while Golu Singh added 23 for Singh Warriors .
Manzoor and Naveed scalped 2 wickets each for Kandi-XI. In reply Kandi-XI chased down the target of 150 runs in 19.2 overs. They won the match by 5 wickets. Naveed played a unbeaten Knock of 60 while Shabir and Abid added 25 and 18 respectively. Naveed was declared as man of the match for his splendid all-round performances.
