When Imran Khan lead Pakistan created history in West Indies

When Current Pakistam Prime Minister who is known more for his cricket antics than Politics was leading Pakistan Cricket team in the middle they created many landmarks.

Amoung them was to become the first team in 10 years to win Test match in Caribbean. It was the match that changed how future teams played against the mighty Windies side when they toured Caribbean.

It was in April 6-1988 that Pakistan became the first visiting team to win a Test in the Caribbean in ten years. Pakistan won the Georgetown Test by nine wickets. Imran Khan was declared Man of the Match for his 11-121.

Pakistan beat West Indies by 9 wickets. Javed Miandad scored a brilliant 114 & Imran Khan took 11 wickets.

West Indies 1st innings 292 all out (AL Logie 80) (IK 7-80)
Pakistan 1st innings 435 all out (Javed Miandad 114)
West Indies 2nd innings 172 all out (IK 4-41)
Pakistan 2nd innings 32/1

Result: Pakistan won by 9 wickets.
