Srinagar, April 27: Umran Malik sent Shubman Gill’s stumps flying against Gujarat Titans in the IPL 2022 on Wednesday.
With Sunrisers bowlers having been taken for cleaners in the power-play, Umran came to bowl in the 7th over. Three balls later, he rattled Gill’s stumps with a ripper.
Umran, after being quite expensive in his first few games, made an extraordinary comeback as he continues to scalp wickets.
He has already taken 12 wickets in the tournament so far. Gujarat Titans are chasing 196 runs in the match.
