Veerian Cricket Academy Veeri hosted Iftar Party on this evening at Tarbal Sports Ground Veeri Anantnag. The Iftar party was organized in celebration of the holy month of Ramadhan and to spread the message of brotherhood and religious harmony among the sports persons and lovers.
In the party Special Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani was served to the invitees. The chief guest of the occasion was Lal Mohammad Ganie (Chief Patron Dachinpur Cricket Federation). Scores of Sports Persons, members of Cricket Clubs, Managing Body members of Cricket Associations, few professors of Higher Education, Dignitries of the area and Media persons attended the Party. Among the dignatries who attended the party were: Chairman Dachnipur Cricket Federation Abdul Rashid, Lal Mohammad Ganie, Nazir Ahmad Padder, Illiyas Ahmad, Mushtaq Ahmad, Mukhtar Ahmad Banday and Shabir Saleem, and from the Media faternity kNS Bereau chief Tasaduk Rashid, Shahid Wani, Rayees Veeri, Rouf Dar, Suhail Dar and Abbas Majeed were present in the party. On the occasion, Prof. Sajad Ahmad Shiekh, Prof. Sajad Ahmad Padder and Dr. Abdul Wahid Parrey were also present. The Iftar party was held under the Supervision of Dr. Riyaz Veeri, Chairman of Veerian Cricket Academy. At the end of the party prayers were held for the peace and prosperity of Muslim Ummah.
