Umar Majeed turned out as star for the J&K Under-19 team on Wednesday as they defeated A&A-XI by an inning and 64 runs at Shillong.
Umar Majeed ripped through A&A-XI batting line up taking phenomenal 6-wicket haul to help J&K bundle out A&A-XI in second inning for 183 runs. Earlier they had bundled out A&A in first inning for 91 runs in reply to J&K first inning total of 338.
Umar is new rising star of JK cricket and has been giving consistent performance at various age group level events. With now such a performance in J&K’s win we are sure that his morale would be boosted and performance will get better with each passing match.
