After conclusion of open selection trials, JKCA yesterday announced 24 member probable list and distributed them into two teams viz Team Red and Team Blue. Today first match was played and Team Red thrashed team Blue by 93 runs.
Batting first Team Red posted a huge total of 250 on board. Fazil and Vivrant both scored 41 and were top scorers from Red side while as Auqib Nabi and Rohit Sharma took two wickets each from Blue side. In reply, Paras Shamra lead Blue side were bundled out for 157 run. Only Surya Malhotra and Haziq Bhat found some touch as they scored 60 and 32 respectively. Tomorrow second trial match will be played, after which team will be announced. The trials are organized by JKCA to select team for Under 23 one day tournament.
