Tripura achieved the target of 226 runs for the loss of only four wickets in 46.5 overs against J&K on the last day of Under-19 Cooch Behar trophy match on Wednesday.

They defeated J&K by comfortable 6-wkt margin and bagged six points from the match. AN Dutta lead from the front scoring an unbeaten 116 runs to make it an easy win for Tripura. For J&K Umar Majeed,Owais, Javed and Sahil Lotra took one wicket each.
Earlier J&K in its second inning on the back of centuries scored by Qamran Iqbal 116 and Kanhaiya Wadhwan 177 posted 345 runs on the board. They set target of 226 runs for Tripura which they achieved easily.
J&K in its first inning was bundled out for 145 runs while as in reply Tripura scored 264 runs in its first inning.
