The all-round display by Baba helped Sopore Gymkhana defeat Affarwat-XI by 152 runs in the match of the Sopore Super League at Sopore on Saturday.
After winning toss Sopore Gymkhana opted to bat first setting a huge target of 259 runs in 35 overs.
Mudasir Lara played quickfire innings of 59 runs while Umar scored 48 runs. Baba scired 38 runs for Gymkhana Sopore. In reply Affarwat-XI bundled out for 106 runs. Altaf played knock of 42 while as Suhail scored 34 runs.
Shahnawaz Ahmad took 5 wickets for Gymkhana while as Baba took 4 wickets. Baba was declared man of the match for his all-round performance.
