While Manzoor Pandav is known as power hitting sensation of J&K senior men’s team , Rubia Syed can rightly be termed power hitter of J&K women’s cricket team.
Rubia has been displaying her talent of scoring quick and clearing boundary with will for J&K team at National level. Though J&K team is not able to do that well but individually she has been performing consistently. Recently she was called for ZCA camp mostly because of her performance of hitting sixes in one-day league in Kolkata. Team gets hope when she is on the crease.
In the ongoing One Day league she scored 42 run knock for J&K.
