Regular water sports training to start from April 1 at Nehru Park

J&K State Sports Council (JKSSC) is going to start its water sports training for the season 2019 from April 1 at water sports centre, Nehru Park.

At the centre, the expert trainers of JKSSC would be training participants in swimming, kayaking, canoeing, canoe polo, canoe slalom and dragon boat.

“We are starting our daily training sessions from April 1 and in it both boys and girls from age group of five year old can join. The basic course is for the duration of three months and then they gradually jump into advance level courses. It is open and anyone who intends to join water sport can contact water sports centre Nehru Park directly,” said JKSSC official.
