A Gnohere Krizo’s goal saw Real Kashmir take all the three points against the defending champion Minerva Punjab FC at the Tau Devi Lal stadium in Panchkula on Wednesday.
Minerva had the upper hand for most of the match but the lack of a quality final ball let it down. And it went behind in the 74th minute when Ivorian Krizo fired from close range. The Second Division champion held on to take all three point in Minerva’s backyard.
Minerva next takes on Aizawl on November 10 whereas Real Kashmir hosts Churchill Brothers on November 6.
