Real Kashmir FC kept its unbeaten streak in this season second division I-League intact after playing 1-1 draw against hosts Hindustan Football Club at Ambedkar Stadium, New Delhi on Thursday.
Playing its second away fixture of the season, Real Kashmir went into match with the aim of keeping its unbeaten run intact and also to earn crucial away points from the match. The table toppers Hindustan FC are also unbeaten in the league so far and are standing at top of the group on points table. Real Kashmir are at second place.
Real Kashmir in the five matches played this season has registered win in two and drew three. Hindustan FC has played five matches in which it has won three and drew two. After Thursday’s high paced encounter between two top sides of group, only two points separate them.
I-League action now will return back to Kashmir with Lone Star hosting Hindustan FC on April 17 while as Real Kashmir FC will host Delhi United on April 18.
