Srinagar: Fall8ing l8uttle bit, short of what they would have expec6ed, JK set a target of 209 runs for Himachal Pradesh to win in two sessions after getting out for 417 runs in their second inning of Ranji trophy match at Ranchi on Tuesday.
JK in second got all out for 417 runs. Mithun Manhas again failed scoring only 28 runs. It was Sanmiullah Beigh who gave a much needed push to JK scoring 46 runs while as all the lower order failed. Among other overnight unbeaten batsman, Punit Bisht scored 41.
With this JK set a target of 209 runs for Himachal to win in two sessions of play that are left in the match.
When this report was being filled Himchal were going strong on 25 without any loss of wicket. They only need 184 for win now.
In first inning Jk were bundled out for 162 while as Himachal had replied with 370.
