Qamran Iqbal likely to feature as India U-19 takes on England today

Srinagar, July 21: Jammu and Kashmir’s Qamran Iqbal is likely to be part of playing XI as India U-19 team takes on England U-19 today in the first match of tri-nation one-day series at Worcester.

Qamran, 18, has been a part of national U-19 assignments earlier as well, however, it would be his debut stint for India U-19s in overseas.

The right-handed batsman, who likes to go after bowlers from the word go, will surely be tested in the tough conditions of England.

He was at National Cricket Academy (NCA) before traveling to England, preparing for this tri-nation series, which features India, England and Bangladesh.
