In first of its kind initiative, Pulwama is going to hosts Mega Cricket League from last week of April 2018. The league has been named as Saffron Premier League and would be played in Sports Stadium Pulwama.
League will feature Some of the never seen features and will be aired Live On TV & Web. Commentary during live matches will be available in English,Urdu & Kashmir. The league will have official website which will reflect live scores and status of players. Players will be provided medical facilities of needed.
The prize money of the league is set as Rs 2 Lakhs while runner up will get 60 thousands. Speaking on this Dr. Rouf Ur Rafiq Chairman of this League Said, “We Want To Connect People With Heritage, Environment & Cricket”.
