Parvez, Umar, Pandav to go under hammer in IPL auction

Srinagar, The Indian Premier League (IPL) teams finalised its list of players that will be going under hammer in the much awaited auctionParvez Rasool Pandab Umar

The list of players to go under hammer on January 27 and 28 has been pruned from 1,122 who expressed interest to 578. Out of this, 360 are Indian players and 218 foreign.

With a total of 18 players already retained by the eight franchises, and there being squad size limit of 25, a maximum of 182 players (out of the 578) will be traded during the event in Bengaluru.

For the Kashmiri cricket fans , only three names have been approved by franchisees and will be gloing under hammer. They include International cricketer Parvez  Rasool, pacer Umar Nazir and the recnet hard hitting sensation of Kashmir, Manzoor Dar (Pandav).

Being capped player , the minimum base price for Parvez is 50 lakhs while it is 20 lakhs each for Umar and Pandav.

The IPL auction has created quite a buzz in Kashmir with fans expected kashmir based cricketers to make it to the final team combination after being brought in auction.

While there are high chances for Parvez to get re-entry in the IPl there are also expectations for Pandav who has been in news recently.
