Kashmiri star cricketer continued his brilliant form in the Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League by taking four wickets against Kalabagan KC but could not stop his side Gazi Group from tasting its first defeat in the event.
Kalabagan KC batting first were restricted to 222 runs for the loss of nine wickets in 50-overs. Gazi Group bowlers lead by Parvez Rasool bowled tightly and was able to restrict opposition to what seemed below par total. Parvez Rasool took four wickets including the first wicket of the inning. In his 10 over spell Parvez gave away only 44 runs and took four wickets.
In reply Gazi Group batting failed getting bundled out for 95 runs. Even the dependable Anamul Haque and Mominul Haque failed to make notable contributions. Parvez was out for mere five runs.
