Online Taolu National Wushu championship organised by Wushu Association of India will be starting short while from today at 5PM and will be held upto May 18 . Prior to National championship,25 State units organised online State level championships across the country, Wushu Association statement said.
The players across the Country are highly motivated and the competitition has boosted their morale.
Union Sports Minister has consented to be the chief Guest on the occasion whereas Dr.Narinder Dhruv Batra,president IOA,secretary Sports (MYAS) Ravi Mital,IAS are guest of honors whereas Zhang Qiuping Secretary General of International wushu Federation (IWUF) will be special Guest on the occasion.
Morethan 700 players from 32 units have confirmed their entry and some reputed international players will be seen in action.
The opening ceremony of the championship will be held on 15th May 2020 at 5PM through zoom app. The closing ceremony of the championship will be held on 18th May 2020 at 5pm.
