Mohammad Rizwan equals Babar Azam’s T20I record

Srinagar: It was another day business as usual in office for Pakistan’s Mohammad Rizwan as the batter equalled the T20I record of Pakistan cricket team skipper Babar Azam.

Rizwan has become joint fastest batter to score 2000 T20I runs in International T20’s.

Rizwan reached to milestone during the first inning of the first T20I played between Pakistan and England in Karachi. Rizwan scored 68 off 46 deliveries.

Rizwan achieved this feat in his 52nd T20I innings thus equalling Babar’s record. India’s Virat Kohli and KL Rahul are third and fourth on the list as they reached 2000 T20I runs in 56 and 58 innings, respectively.

Mohammad Rizwan currently No.1 ranked T20I batter in the world.
