Misbah names 2 two youngsters as future of Pakistan cricket

Srinagar: Former Pakistan skipper and coach Misbah ul Haq has named two youngsters as the future of Pakistan cricket.

While speaking to reporters in Lahore, Misbah praised pacer, Ihsanullah and batters Saim Ayub, Mohammad Haris.

“Ihsanullah is the kind of bowler, who can win you series and tournaments. He can make a big impact. Whereas in batting, we have discovered Saim Ayub. [Mohammad] Haris has also given good performances,” said Misbah.

“The two players we have got in batting and bowling, if they continue to work hard, then they can do a lot for Pakistan in future,” he added.

Ihsanullah impressed with his bowling against Afghanistan, as he ended up being the highest wicket-taker in the series with six wickets.

Saim had two quiet games at the start of the aforementioned series, but played an impressive 49-run knock in the final T20I, to set a perfect platform for Pakistan to set a formidable target for Afghanistan.
