Kashmiri cricketers impress with their performance in Haryana

Srinagar, January 01: Kashmiri cricketers have left a mark with their performances in the SKS Cricket Academy at Haryana.

Playing for the academy’s team in a tournament played on turf wickets, these players showed a lot of potential.

Sheikh Faheem, the captain of the teams, scored 64 runs off 37 balls against Arya Cricket Academy Panipat and bagged 2 wickets as well.

Nasir, another Valley cricketer, scored 75 runs off 31 balls and scalped 4 wickets against Kurukshetra Cricket Academy.

Similarly, Amir made 56 runs in 44 balls against KCA while Faizan Nazir also contributed unbeaten 79 runs off 77 balls against Pitch Burners Cricket Academy.

Wicket-keeper batter Asif Nabi scored 50 off 61 balls against KCA and Mohd Salman too made 50 off 54 balls against Arya Cricket Academy.

These matches were played at three different venues with SKS Cricket Academy emerging victorious.
