The annual inter-college athletic meet started today at Kashmir University ground. More than 300 athletes from various colleges of the valley participated on the inaugural function. 
Prof Khursheed Ahmed Butt who recently took over as the charge of Registrar University of Kashmir was the chief guest on the occasion. Speaking on function of the athletic meet Prof Khursheed welcomed every participants, he assured that University will provide every support to the Directorate for its smooth functioning. Prof Khursheed also took note of the upliftment of sports infrastructure in the university campus.
The event is being organised by Directorate of Physical Education and Sports, University of Kashmir.
