Kashmir Harvard Educational Institute Naseem Bagh conducted its Annual Kids Athletic meet at Bagh-e-Shagufa Nigeen Srinagar on Thursday.
The event was inaugurated by Principal Kashmir Harvard Irfaana Yousuf. In the event around 300 girl students from lower primary department participated.
In the event competitions of different sports disciplines that included lemon spoon race, netball, sack race, 40 mtr sprint, relay race and tug of war were held.
During the event parents of participating students were also invited for encouraging their wards. Dy Superintendent of Police Zadibal Sajad was chief guest on the occasion while as Director Physical Education Department Islamia College Alta fur Rehman SHO Nigeen were guest of honours.
Chief Guest felicitated the participants along with parents. On the occasion tug of war was also held between parents of participants which was won by parents of class 2 participants.
The event Manager of Kashmir Harvard S Mubashir in his vote of thanks highlighted the importance of activities amongst girl students and thanked guests, floriculture department, participants and their mothers for making the event a successful one.
