The expedition was sponsored by Kashmir expeditions of Kashmir.
“Great Lakes that is almost everybody knows, I had to cross three passes with more than 4000 metre high above sea level. It was more mental challenge than a physical because as when you are alone in the mountains it effects your mental fitness. Many people on the way were telling me that you cannot do it you go back there is hardly any space for foot and you cannot do it with cycle but I was focussed on my challenge if not this time then never ever. With multiple injuries which is part of the game finally I made it And open the door for others”,” Junaid said20170721_101447

Day 1 July 20 was from Srinagar to Sonamarg on cycle which is almost 88 km and plan was to stay over Sonamarg
Day 2 July 21 from Sonamarg to Vishansar valley via a Vishansar pass which is above 4000 metre but after reaching Nichnai weather turns bad and had to stay in Nichnai.
