Sringar: Umar smashed 93 run knock as Syed Ali Shah Beerwah defeated Royal CC Harde Suresh in the match of the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Premier Championship organized by JKCA at Narbal ground on Monday.
Batting first SAS Beerwah put a total of 187 runs on board in 29 overs. Umar played a blazing knock of 93 runs and missed ton by 7 runs. Ajaz contributed with 61 runs. Imtiyaz and Javid bowled brilliantly taking 4 wickets each.
While chasing the target Royal CC bundled out for 92 runs in 18-overs. They lost by 95 runs. Rafiq and Zahoor were highest scorers with 33 and 23 respectively. Gowhar took 4 wickets while as Ajaz took 2 wickets for SAS. Umar for his 93 runs was declared Man of the Match.
