Sajad Malik starred with bat scoring blazing 87 run knock as Sozeith Fighters chased down target of 243 runs against KCC Soibugh in the match of the J&K Premier League (JKPL) Budgam event at Green Park Sozeith on May 30-2018.
KCC after winning the toss decided to bat first.they put on score of 243 runs in allotted 40 overs on board. Irfan played a brilliant inning of 66 runs and Aqib scored 41 runs for KCC. Ajaz and Muzamil took 3 & 2 wickets respectively.
While chasing the huge total, Sozeith Fighters achieved target in 33 overs for the loss of 6 wickets. Sajad Malik played a sensible inning of 87 runs and Zahid contributed 49 runs for Sozeith. Nissar and Ishfaq picked up two wickets each.
Sajad Malik was declared man of the match.
