Poonch, July 22: Poonch’s star cricketer, Nawaz Rather on Tuesday shone again in the ongoing JKCA-organised Talent Hunt tourney, here at Poonch.
Playing for Poonch XI, Nawaz scored a scintillating knock of 85 runs to help his team post an easy win.
They were chasing 296 runs in this 40-over a side encounter against United Cricket Club.
Nawaz, having smashed a century last match, continued his touch with the bat. The wicket-keeper batsman last year debuted for J&K in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.
