J&K vs Bihar U-23 Mens Trophy match abandoned due to rain 

Srinagar: The Mens Under-23 STATE A Trophy tournament match between J&K and Bihar got abandoned due to incessant at  Alur Cricket Stadium III, Bangalore on Tuesday.

J&K were scheduled to clash in its sixth match of the campaign against Bihar but the rains forced match to be abandoned with teams sharing one point each. J&K after six matches have got 10 points with two wins, three defeats and one no result. They are stand at fifth place  in the group of 8 teams in Group-A and have no chance to make it to second round.

Earlier on Monday, J&K thrashed Arunachal Pradesh in a one sided contest by 317 runs. Batting first J&K posted mammoth total of 406/6 in allotted 50 overs. In reply Arunachal got all out for 89 run total in 33 overs.

Shivansh Sharma scored 131 run knock , Qazi Junaid Masood scored 108 run knock while as Abdul Samad smashed 51 from 19. Archit Mahajan and Vanshaj Sharma took three wickets each while as Basit Bashir took two.
